That is because it is supposed to be 5 files .

and You'll find the 5th file . It is TS_BSCI.rar

After you get the 5th file . Rename the TS_BSCI.rar just like your other file names .. Don't change the extension part .. i.e. the .rar part .. change only the filename.

Which means you'll need to rename this file to Train_Signal_-_CCNP_642-901_BSCI.rar

I don't know what to do with these files, I have tried renaming them and all sorts but winrar gives me "The Archive is either unknown format or damaged", this is for 002 to 005. I've tried xxx.part1.rar, I've tried xxx.zip in different directories, I've tried xxx.r00 all to no avail. The only file that opens is zip.001, but it gives me error of "CBT_Nuggets_Cisco_CCNP_642-812_BCMSN.zip.001: Unexpected end of archive"

can anyone please help?

You first need to join all the files using "hjsplit.exe". Then you can unzip them.
