It doesn't seem to be corrupt, but it does have some empty folders. Depending on your extract tool, it may not like empty folders. The Wiley folder is empty and the E.F. folder just has a subfolder for the crack but it is empty as is the E.F. folder (besides the subfolder of course).

Use WinRAR to extract this, WinACE and some others don't like these RAR files.
