I think I speak for many when I say that we like your posts, tot167. But if you are going to quote the rules, you need to also live by the rules!

Clearly, the book you have posted above is a *Repost*. It has been posted several times on Avaxhome, going back to 2006.

Previous posts have given alternative mirrors, including the popular rapidshare system. The Rapidshare link at the top of this comment was posted on Avaxhome by "Vah Vus" on 15 Nov 2006, and still works even after 2+ years!
