While it appears obvious that the authors indeed understand their topic, like so many other ostensibly academic texts, this book remains practically useless. The very few examples that do exist are obfuscated by endless academic verbiage. In a nut shell, while this may be a good doctorial dissertation reference, this text is not for practical engineers looking to design real frequency multipliers... I would, instead, recommend Mass's "The RF and Microwave Circuit Design Cookbook".
