Follow these steps in order to download the ebooks
first register on the site
after sucessful login select a book from the main page for example the following windows 2008 server for dummies

scroll down all the way
you will see few thumbnails of books with title "Members who read this also like"
right above the title you wil see a floppy icon and the book name that you have selected like For.Dummies.Windows.Server.2008.For.Dummies.Mar.2008.pdf in this case.
click on this link. and volla you are on the download page enter the captcha code and download the book.

PS. this site has a daily download quota but u can easily bypass this if you have experience playing with rapidshare...
