question from P4S 3.20 .... help me please

I have same problem with these question:

Question 63:

I have read that if we do a frame relay map association between an IP and the DLCI it look like it:

frame-relay map ip "destination IP" "local DLCI" broadcast(if we want enable broadcast message will pass over it).

In the figure, i think that the DLCI are global DLCI, so DLCI 200 must be the DLCI that P4SA must put in the statement for the mapping creation.....

So i think that the map statement is correct, while P4S say that this is incorrect.

Maybe that, becouse they are written on the link they are local DLCI, so we have to put DLCI 100 ????


Question 353:


I have studied that if we receive a VTP advertisement with a greater configuration revision the VTP will be update and the new vlan where saved.
In this question swX have a gretaer revision so if we attach it again to the network i think that other switch will loose their VLAN and the new will be saved.
So i think that the correct answer is D.
But P4S say that the answer is B, in this way the new VLAN are added to the exiting..... is it true???or as i have written
